Täällä Bunny bloggailee seikkailuistaan vaihtarina Japanin Kiotossa! Opiskelen Kyoto Sangyon yliopistossa Japanin kieltä ja kulttuuria syyskuusta 2010 helmikuuhun 2011. Toivottavasti innostut seuraamaan toilailujani täällä nousevan auringon maassa, koska niitä riittää!

Yakiniku!

I had an awesome time at Mira's yesterday! First she taught me how to make yakiniku and then when I actually got to eat it... I was in heaven! It was super yummy! Now I'm not stressed at all about having to get used to Japanese food... When I told people I actually had sushi for the first time last Sunday most of the people reacted like this: WHAAAAAAAT?!?! :D I guess it's kinda funny that I'm going to Japan and have never had Japanese food before now!

But hey! I only have 4 days left in Finland... I'm not nervous at all yet and I don't think it really has sunk in that next week I'm already in Kyoto! I'm really looking forward to it! It's funny tho, I'm the world's worst stressipapu and now when I would actually have something to stress about I don't stress at all! :D I actually stressed WAY more about Antti leaving to Mexico! I was going through his things a billion times making sure he's remembered everything (of course he had and I was stressing for no reason as usual!) but now when it's my turn to leave I don't stress at all! Hopefully I don't forget anything important o.O

I also bought a new camera this week! So now I'm the proud owner of a Nikon D90! I can't wait to get to Japan to take pictures!^^

I'm going to be so dead once I arrive there! I get to Japan at 8:55 in the morning, which is about 3 in the morning in Finland... So technically no sleep for 2 days for me... Also, the International coordinator in Japan told me that they have a fully booked first day for the exchange students on purpose, so that they can't go to sleep before the evening. That way no one has time to get home sick and they also survive the jetlag alot better. Good thing the other exchange student from JYU already arrives on the 15th so she'll be there waiting for me!

I just noticed that I've hardly written anything in English in this blog! :D Might be because I don't use English at all now when I'm in Espoo... I'm sure I'll write a lot more in English once I get to Japan and start using it again (oh noes, of course I mean I will only speak Japanese there to practice hehe... Or not! :p)
